Term Of Service

- Please order your commission within 2 weeks after take a slot

- The final product is for personal use ONLY (upload it to your personal websites, decoration, pfp, etc.).

COMMERCIAL USE IS 2 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE

[(Commercial use applies if the drawing will be used for Twitch, Youtube, or whatever public page for promotional or advertising purposes)]

- Do NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is only for personal use.

- Do use them for AI Training or NFT anything Related is Forbidden

- I have the right to use the commission for promotion purposes (commission samples, speed paints) unless you would like your commission to not be public (may have additional payment)

- I will send you sketches to confirm if you are satisfied with the pose/expressions/etc [ (if the commission is YCH I won't send wips) ]

- you can change/edit stuff for 2 times in each process [but if the issue is cause by me it won't be count]

- From the Sketch I work in order of payment but if your 'approved sketch' response takes a while and other clients behind you have already approved their sketch I will continue their commission until you confirm that you are satisfied with your sketch.

- If you want a commission made in a specific period of time, (Rush commission) it will cost an extra 30% of the total price

- Incase you might need to cancel the commission and nothing has been started yet, I will give a complete refund. but if you cancel the commission halfway I will be taking 30%-50% of the commission price depending on how close to the commission is to finish. in this term only when you cancel withen 7 days after I accept your commission form.

- I do not suggest you to refund mainly reason is I never refunded before, your money may be taken out from the transfer fee and I do not cover up for it. in conclusion please consider carefully before fill the commission form.

PROCESS

1. Fill the order form with all the details required and submit.

2. After accepting the commission I will send you an invoice (USD only) The commission will only be started after payment.

3. The sketch is sent. Confirm all changes here. If a change is made on the lineart/coloring phase, it will have an extra cost fee depending on the complexity. (Also for YCH Commission)

4. Once all changes are made, the commission will proceed to completion if the commission were a single picture , but if the commission is an animation work I will send the almost finished work with my watermark again to Confirm, and once all changes are confirmed, the commission will proceed to completion
